Scott Parkin, Head of Facilities at STEPS Rehabilitation in Sheffield, has proven himself to be an invaluable team member. He plays a crucial role in delivering intensive and continuous rehabilitation services to individuals recovering from brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, and complex trauma injuries. Scott's work ethic and commitment to the highest standards ensure the smooth and efficient running of STEPS Rehabilitation.

Scott's diverse background in construction, project management, and carpentry brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to his role. As a proud member of IWFM, Scott completed his Level 3 Diploma in Facilities Management in 2023, showcasing his dedication to continuous improvement and fostering positive workplace environments.
