Sian graduated from Cardiff University in 2017 with a degree in Physiotherapy and began her career with band 5 rotations in her local NHS trust in South Wales. During this time, she developed a strong passion for neurology, which led her to specialise in the field in 2019.

Since then, Sian has worked with a wide range of neurological conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Motor Neurone Disease. She has also continued to maintain skills in trauma and orthopaedics, particularly through her work in amputee rehabilitation and spinal fracture care.

Now based in England, Sian joined the team at STEPS to further grow her expertise in neurological rehabilitation and to be part of a dedicated, passionate, and client-focused environment.

Outside of work, Sian enjoys running—especially when accompanied by her dog, Nala. Her known weakness? Chocolate (or any dessert, really!).
