Adam joined the STEPS team in May 2024. Adam moved to Sheffield 16 years ago from Somerset and trained as a personal trainer whilst working within the activities department at a care home. He spent 7 years working in gyms including the EISS and the University of Sheffield where he discovered an interest in rehabilitation. Following this, Adam moved to the Northern General Hospital, spending 3 years working in spinal injury rehabilitation.
In his spare time, Adam can be found in the gym or out walking.
