Amy holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University and went on to complete an MSc in Sport and Exercise Science at Sheffield Hallam University. During her postgraduate studies, she conducted research focused on rehabilitation for individuals with chronic conditions, which sparked a strong interest in clinical rehabilitation and ultimately led her to join the STEPS team in 2020.

She is a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist and also holds a Level 2 certification in Coaching Strength and Conditioning for Sport.

Amy has a lifelong passion for sport. She previously competed in Heptathlon, representing Great Britain as a junior athlete. Today, she continues to channel her enthusiasm into training for running and triathlon in her spare time.
