Amy studied Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University and continued her studies onto a MSc in Sport and Exercise Science at Sheffield Hallam University.
Amy previously worked as a Barista at Costa Coffee whilst studying.
Amy is now qualified as a sports massage therapist.
When not at work, Amy spends most of her free time training for athletics. She has previously competed in heptathlon and represented GB as a junior. Due to an injury Amy recently decided to only compete in long jump.
Amy loves spending time outdoors especially hiking in the Peak District.
