Anthony was born and raised in the western part of Nigeria, Africa. Anthony studied Accounting and graduated in 2009. Anthony worked as a full-time accountant in Nigeria before moving into the United Kingdom, with family in 2018 for further study. Before joining STEPS, Anthony worked with a care agency and was posted to work in STEPS where he worked for over 16 months before joining us as a Rehabilitation Assistant on a permanent basis in May 2020. Anthony has fitted into our team really well and we are delighted he has finally joined us officially.
Anthony has just completed his MSc in Forensic Accounting and is currently, a Ph.D. student at Sheffield Hallam University. Anthony embraces any opportunity to contribute to a pool of knowledge and experiences. As such, working in STEPS seems to be a step out of Anthony’s usual ‘pond of fishing’ but he very much enjoys engaging in new challenges.
When not at work, Anthony loves to cook, watch football and sing with the church choir.
