Leaving school Charlie always said she wouldn’t ever work with food, but after getting a job with her auntie in a kitchen at knowhow she soon realised she liked cooking just as much as she liked eating.
She learnt many things but specially enjoyed baking. After 9 years she felt it was time to move on to progress in cooking which brought her to STEPS. Since starting at STEPS she has learnt many new things and is looking forward to learning more and furthering her career.
When not at work, Charlie loves to go shopping, walking in the countryside, and likes to bake lots of cakes!!
