Charlotte joined the STEPS housekeeping team in August 2020 after finishing a college course in sports coaching.
While studying at college course Charlotte also had a job working at SIV as a sports organiser for children aged 4-12 years old.
Charlotte's plans for the future are to train as a sports therapist and to travel around the world.
When not at work Charlotte likes to spend time driving her new car.
