Ella joined the STEPS team in October 2023. She grew up in a small village in Leicester, before attending The University of Sheffield to study Psychology. Ella loved Sheffield so much, she decided she wanted to stay and work here following graduation.
Outside of work, Ella loves running. She has grown up running cross country races and ran her first half marathon a couple of years ago. She hopes to do another one soon! Ella also loves fashion, and loves to spend all her money on clothes!
