Hannah graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2017. In October 2018, she joined STEPS as a Rehabilitation Assistant, where she quickly demonstrated her dedication, clinical aptitude, and ability to work effectively within the team. Recognising her potential and contributions, Hannah was promoted to Senior Rehabilitation Assistant in May 2019. Just a year later, in May 2020, she advanced to the position of Lead Rehabilitation Assistant.
After two years of valuable experience in this role, Hannah transitioned into the psychology team as an Assistant Psychologist, where she deepened her clinical knowledge and enhanced her therapeutic skills under the supervision of qualified psychologists. Her commitment to professional development and high standards of care led to her promotion to Senior Assistant Psychologist in 2024.
Most recently, Hannah has been accepted onto the highly competitive Doctorate in Clinical Psychology programme at the University of Trent, marking an exciting new chapter in her professional journey. Her progression reflects a strong commitment to the field of psychology, underpinned by consistent growth, leadership, and a passion for supporting individuals in their rehabilitation and recovery.
