Prior to joining STEPS in September 2022, Joe studied Biology at Newcastle University. He learnt a wide variety of topics within the course from genetics to the physiology of humans, animals and plants. Joe enjoyed the course and his time in the fantastic city of Newcastle, but it left him wanting to be part of a team working together to improve the lives of others. After graduating and moving back to his home city of Sheffield, Joe was told of a workplace which suited his needs. Once he had a look around, spoke to the team and observed how they performed their roles, he knew STEPS Rehabilitation was the place for him.
In his spare time Joe loves to play football, he is a massive Arsenal fan. He also enjoys reading books, watching films with his mates and going for the occasional swim. However, Joe's favourite activity is to walk his cute but badly behaved dog in the Peak District.
