Leah started her career in healthcare in 2004 where she worked in London on a neurological rehabilitation unit. She enjoyed it so much that she decided to train to become a nurse. Upon completing her training, Leah worked on a neuro for eight years as a nurse, and later as a Unit Manager.
When Leah first joined STEPS back in 2018, she describes it as “coming home. Everything I know and love about good nursing care is here at STEPS!”
Outside of work, Leah is often found clinging onto a caffeinated beverage, with her toddler out on an adventure!
