Before joining STEPS Mandy worked for a bank for over 20 years but decided that she needed a change. She made the decision to take partial retirement and join the STEPS team, she has never looked back since joining. She is usually the member of the admin team sharing a packet of biscuits with the rest of the team and making sure everyone is ok!
When not at work she loves meeting new people and meeting up with friends for social outings, she also spends a lot of time looking after her mother.
When not working, Mandy really enjoys going on holiday especially to sunny climates and spending time with her family, she loves to go shopping with her daughter but spends far too much money when she is with her as she says she is a bad influence apparently!
