Maughan joined the STEPS team as a rehabilitation assistant in 2023. She returned to healthcare after many years working in the fashion industry. Maughan made the decision to have a career change as wanted to be able to make a difference to peoples lives and do something more meaningful.
She has 2 children aged 21 and 17 and loves to spend time with her family, visiting new places and walking in the countryside. Maughan enjoys sewing and cooking.
Maughan has her own allotment she shares with a friend and is hoping to develop her skills in gardening over the next few years.
In her free time Maughan likes to relax listening to music and spending time with her friends.
