Michelle joined STEPS in 2019. Prior to this Michelle's first job was as a nursing assistant in psychiatry at Lincoln hospital. She then had a career change and moved into housekeeping in Travelodge. from here she took a position as a the kitchen manager at Manor Lodge Primary school in Sheffield. Prior to joining STEPS Michelle worked in customer service at Costco.
When not at work, Michelle likes to spend time with her three grown up children, two sons and one daughter. She also has an extra daughter who arrived in her life at 16month old, she has been brought her up as part of the family. Michelle now also has 8 grandchildren.
Michelle's goal is to one day visit as many parts of Greece as possible and also Goa, India.
