Nancy joined the STEPS team in September 2024. Prior to joining STEPS, Nancy studied at the University of Manchester as a paediatric nurse and qualified in 2020 in the midst of Covid.
She worked at Sheffield Children’s Hospital on a surgical ward but had an interest in rehabilitation/trauma in all age ranges. Nancy has always had a passion to work with children and families but would class herself as a people person. Caring for individuals has something she always wanted to do.

Outside of work, Nancy likes exercising on a day-to-day basis, and also runs a business which involves bottomless brunches/day parties.
