Paul was born and raised in Sheffield with a passion for sports, especially football and the red side of Sheffield! Paul had the opportunity to move to the United States, Pittsburgh, PA to attend Point Park University to pursue higher education and participate on the Men’s Soccer Team receiving athletic scholarship in the process.

As part of the Men’s Soccer Team at Point Park University, Paul was selected as Team Captain in his Senior Season. He received a number of accolades in his athletic career including being listed to the All-Conference Team three years in a row. Paul was selected as NAIA National Defender of the Week in addition to receiving an honourable mention for NAIA All American. He also receiving student athlete of the year in 2017.

In May 2017, Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports, Arts, & Entertainment Management. Following graduation, he continued his education stateside graduating from Saint Vincent College, Latrobe, PA with a Master of Science in Management: Operational Excellence, also becoming a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional.

Throughout his seven years in the USA Paul gained professional experience as an account manager, quality control analyst and a logistics coordinator. Also coaching football throughout from all ages ranging from 4 years old to university.

With the closing of Paul's athletic career, he is now looking forward to what the future holds as STEPS' first Continuous Improvements Lead.
