Phoebe joined the STEPS team in October 2023. Prior to becoming the Head of People & Culture at STEPS, Phoebe worked as a consultant for several years, supporting STEPS and a variety of other organisations with all aspects of people management and employment law from recruitment to termination. She has a degree in Law and is soon to complete her CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Strategic People Management.
Outside of work and study, Phoebe enjoys travelling in her campervan with her 3 dogs.
