Sabbir joined the STEPS team in February 2026. Prior to this role, he worked as a Health Care Assistant within an agency setting, where he developed strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
He holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh. In August 2022, Sabbir moved to the UK to pursue postgraduate studies in Cyber Security at Sheffield Hallam University, graduating in 2023. He is currently preparing for the OSCP certification to further strengthen his technical expertise.
Sabbir is an empathetic, approachable, and sociable individual who is passionate about supporting others. Making a positive difference in people’s lives and providing support with genuine care and understanding inspired him to become a proud member of the STEPS team.
Outside of work, Sabbir enjoys photography and hiking, and he has a deep appreciation for nature. He particularly enjoys traditional Bangladeshi cuisine and is always open to trying new foods. In his free time, he stays active by playing basketball, tennis, and cricket.
