Sara joined the STEPS team in August 2025 after completing her degree in Adult Nursing at the University of Sheffield. During her studies, she gained invaluable experience across a wide range of clinical placements in Rotherham, including community care, surgery, oncology, and palliative care. Alongside her academic training, she also worked as a Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) with NHS Professionals, further broadening her clinical insight and practical skills.
Sara is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and is especially motivated by helping clients work towards and achieve their personal goals.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exploring new places.
