Natalie Rodgers (Managing Director)

Natalie is a Chartered Marketer, non-practising solicitor and Member of the Chartered Institute of PR. Prior to establishing Scala in 2009, she practised as a solicitor at global law firm DLA Piper before becoming the first Marketing Director for a leading barristers’ Chambers based in the North of the UK. She combines her expertise as a lawyer, marketer and PR strategist to advise law firms, barristers’ Chambers and other organisations who work in the legal and professional services arena.

Carly Cotton (Client Director)

Carly joined Scala in 2016 has a Diploma in Digital Marketing (Distinction) as well as a 2:1 BA Hons degree in Sociology from Sheffield University… which comes in very handy! She brings energy and enthusiasm to client work and is the glue that keeps key client projects together.

A highly efficient and organised marketer, she delivers a broad range of marketing activities with a focus on digital marketing, particularly social media management. She is responsible for analysing and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing strategies and preparing monthly client reports.
