Sian graduated from Cardiff University in 2017 with a degree in Physiotherapy. She then began her band 5 rotations for her local trust in South Wales. Whilst completing her rotations, Sian's passion for neurology grew, leading her to specialise within this area in 2019.
Since specialising in neurology, Sian has worked with a range of neurological conditions including stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, Mulitple Sclerosis and Motor Neurons Disease. She has also maintained skills within trauma and orthopaedics through amputee rehabilitation following trauma and spinal fracture care.
Now relocated from Wales, Sian moved to STEPS to continue to develop her neurological rehabilitation knowledge and skills further and to be part of the dedicated and passionate team here.
When not at work, Sian enjoys running with her dog, Nala.
