Thomas joined the STEPS team in April 2023. Born and raised in Sheffield, Thomas began his career in Health and Social Care as a domestic assistant in a care home at the age of 19. Not long into this role, Thomas moved on to becoming a care Assistant. At 22, he became a support working for individuals with learning disabilities. Now at the age of 30, Thomas is bringing his 11 years of experience into his role at STEPS.
In his spare time, Thomas enjoys going out with friends for meals and going to the cinema. He’s also a very keen gardener!
