Particularly impressive is the manner in which the physio team go about their work, their instantaneous and imperceptible diagnoses allowing immediate treatment, while engendering client confidence.
Most noticeable of all to anybody entering STEPS is that everybody wears a wide smile, everyone is happy. This, of course, provides a great lift to all clients and is an important part of setting a positive and happy tone each day. We all noticed, we all felt it.’
