We are delighted that STEPS Rehabilitation has been announced as a finalist at the forthcoming Personal Injury Awards 2020, in the category of ‘Rehab Provider of the Year’. We were winners in this category at the 2019 awards, so we are particularly delighted to be shortlisted again.
Like many working in the healthcare sector, 2020 has been an extremely challenging year. However, the culture of being innovative and flexible in our approach to the delivery of intensive rehabilitation, which proved vital during the pandemic.
By responding quickly to lockdown and establishing new ways of delivering treatments, along with high levels of infection control, clients were able to continue with most therapy sessions and STEPS was able to continue taking new admissions.
Since opening in May 2017, we have established itself as a “centre of excellence” amongst personal injury and clinical negligence solicitors and barristers, as well as insurance companies and case managers.
We have forged working relationships with several of the UK’s leading injury law firms. We have achieved this by demonstrating considerable expertise, exceptional client care and innovation to win the trust and confidence of some of the best injury lawyers in the UK.
The strength of our reputation is evidenced by the many conferences STEPS are involved in, including the Stokes Case Management Conference and the ‘Traumatic Injury Amputations’ webinar in conjunction with Stewarts and Pace Rehabilitation. In August, we hosted the ‘Getting Clients Home’ webinar, bringing together a panel of highly respected legal, rehabilitation and architectural experts.
The winners will be announced during an online ceremony on 1st December 2020 @7pm.
