STEPS Rehabilitation was opened in May 2017 by sisters Jules Leahy and Toria Chan.
Ray is also a Founder & Chairman of STEPS Rehabilitation.
The sisters spent 7 years nurturing and expending every ounce of energy to realise their vision, and in just 5 years STEPS Rehabilitation has established itself nationally as a “centre of excellence” devoted to developing human potential following life-changing injuries with the aim of rebuilding lives.
