Aaliyah joined the STEPS team in September 2026. With a background in Health & Social Care and Social Sciences, Aaliyah has a particular interest in physiotherapy and rehabilitation. She is passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals, regain their independence and make meaningful progress throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Aaliyah is looking forward to developing her skills, learning from the wider multidisciplinary team and gaining valuable experience within a specialist rehabilitation setting. She is delighted to be part of the STEPS team and to have the opportunity to make a positive difference to the clients she supports.
Outside of work, Aaliyah enjoys exploring the Peak District on walks, as well as travelling to new places, experiencing different cultures and discovering new things.
