Hollie joined STEPS in September 2026 and holds a degree in Education and Learning Support from Sheffield Hallam University. She brings over 10 years of experience working in a variety of roles supporting both children and adults with complex learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Throughout her career, Hollie has worked within SEN schools, as well as learning disability and mental health hospitals, gaining valuable experience supporting individuals with a wide range of complex needs. She has completed extensive training in mental health and learning disabilities and is passionate about providing compassionate, person-centred support that helps individuals feel valued, supported and empowered throughout their journey.
Hollie is looking forward to developing her experience within the specialist rehabilitation environment and working as part of the wider STEPS team to support clients in achieving their goals.
Outside of work, Hollie enjoys going to the gym, travelling and spending quality time with her two children.
