Molly joined STEPS in September 2026 after moving to Sheffield. She brings over 13 years of experience working in social care, including roles as a Support Worker and Therapy Assistant across a variety of settings.

Throughout her career, Molly has gained experience supporting people with a wide range of needs, including brain injuries, autism and communication differences, learning disabilities, physical impairments and mental health conditions. She has worked within brain injury rehabilitation, NHS community teams and residential settings, developing a broad range of skills and a strong passion for providing person-centred support.

Molly is looking forward to bringing her experience to STEPS, continuing to develop her skills and supporting clients throughout their rehabilitation journey as part of the wider team.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys walking in the Peak District, exploring historic sites and discovering places with a story to tell, particularly ancient sites such as stone circles. She also enjoys reality TV show.
