STEPS is devoted to delivering first-class rehabilitation and believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve their rehabilitation potential following a life-changing injury or illness.
Since opening our doors in 2017, we have seen that by nurturing our core values of care, family, empowerment, dignity, collaboration, and transparency – clients can achieve their full potential and rebuild their lives.
Experience has shown us just how powerful positive role models can be in making a genuine difference to clients on their rehabilitation journey. The recovery is a truly collaborative process with families, staff and professionals supporting each individual’s efforts. That’s why in 2021 we created a special STEPS Ambassadorship for individuals who inspire and help others.
Our Ambassadors:
- Champion the benefits of rehabilitation in the recovery process.
- Are inspiring individuals.
- Make a positive difference to the lives of our clients, and others like them.
- Speak out on Disability and Equality issues.
- Show compassion.
- Recognise the importance of working together to make a difference.
- Create positive outcomes for those who have suffered life-changing injury or illness.
Every June, and to mark our birthday, we will announce the STEPS Ambassadors for the 12 months ahead.
