Brittany joined the STEPS team in September 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in higher education finance. Prior to joining STEPS, she worked at the University of Sheffield for 12 years, serving in three different departments as a Finance Officer, and also gaining experience as a Personal Assistant.
She is qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) up to Level 3 and is currently studying towards her Level 4 qualification in her own time.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys a busy home life with her two children and two dogs. She loves music, attending gigs, travelling, and taking long walks with her dogs.
