Dan joined the STEPS team in October 2024, bringing a diverse range of experiences and a strong academic foundation to his role. He graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2022 with a degree in Human Geography. During his time at university, Dan gained practical experience across a variety of sectors, including the NHS, construction, and charitable organisations, which helped him cultivate a versatile skill set and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

In his role with the Continuous Improvements team, Dan is passionate about combining his academic insights with creativity to drive meaningful change. He is committed to supporting STEPS in implementing innovative solutions, optimising processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through football, tennis, rugby, and golf. He’s also a big fan of films and podcasts—and a devoted Sheffield Wednesday supporter.

If you see Dan around STEPS, offer him a mint tea. He would really appreciate it!
