Helena is a highly skilled and experienced Yoga teacher. Before the Pandemic, Helena had been teaching Yoga full time for over 15 years, She also gives Thai Yoga Massage. Helena completed additional training  in Yoga and Mental health, Meditation and Mindfulness and Breathing for better health. 

Whilst establishing her business, she worked part time as a personal assistant for a Mother and daughter, both with complex disabilities. This led to Helena setting up the first Chair Yoga class in Sheffield to make yoga more accessible to those who could not participate in a regular class. She also teaches in care homes and Secure units. 

Helena joined STEPS as a Rehabilitation Assistant when the pandemic started and her classes went online. Helena enjoys her work at STEPS and is now employed part time as a Well being practitioner. She has set up a Chair yoga class in the TLU and also offers deep relaxation, massage and art workshops. 

In her spare time Helena paints beautiful mandalas and Yantras and she has taught workshops in this meditative art form all over the country as well as exhibitions. This year she has been invited back to teach at the World Yoga Festival in Henley on Thames.
