After graduating from the London College of Fashion , Laura began a career in the fashion industry, working predominantly as a Senior Buyer, before diversifying into lecturing at the University of Westminster, teaching BA Fashion Buying and Merchandising. After 30 years in London, Laura relocated back to Sheffield with her husband and 2 children.
She joined the STEPS Reception team during the pandemic in November 2020 and hasn't looked back. "I've learnt to adapt my skill base and career experiences and been lucky enough to work with a great team of people. It's never too late to learn something new! I love everything STEPS stands for."
Laura now works with the clinical team as Admissions and Referrals Administrator.
She enjoys walking in the Peak District and spending time with her family.
