Lauren joined the STEPS team in 2023. Before Lauren joined STEPS, she worked at Premier Inn for 3 years on the housekeeping team and also helped out in other departments.
When not at work Lauren spends time walking her dog 'Coco'. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
