Matthew joined STEPS in September 2025, bringing with him experience from two years working as an Assistant Psychologist within neurorehabilitation.

Over the past decade, Matthew has worked across a range of mental health, social care, and education settings, developing a strong understanding of how to support individuals through complex and challenging circumstances. His experience has helped him build a compassionate, person-centred approach, with a focus on empowering others throughout their recovery and rehabilitation journeys.

At STEPS, Matthew is passionate about using his knowledge and experience to provide meaningful support, helping individuals navigate their rehabilitation with care and dedication.
