Monica joined STEPS in May 20023. Previous to joining the STEPS team, Monica worked as a community care assisted for a year and half. Knowing that she was making a huge different on some else's life makes it so easy and enjoyable.
She is currently a student in Sheffield City College, she is doing Access to nurse course.
Outside of work, Monica really enjoys travelling around get to know new people and their different cultures.
