Olivia joined the STEPS team in April 2025. She qualified as an Occupational Therapist from Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand in 2020 and began her career in inpatient brain injury rehabilitation, where she developed a strong passion for neurorehabilitation.
In 2022, Olivia moved to England to gain experience within the NHS while embracing the opportunity to travel overseas. She worked at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals across acute cardiology, cardiothoracic, and surgical wards as a locum before transitioning to the community, providing integrated rehabilitation to people in their homes with a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys travelling, exploring new cuisines, hiking, and practicing yoga.
