Oluwatobi Oni or Tobi as we all know her graduated as an accountant from a University in Nigeria. Her first position as a qualified accountant was working for an Automobile company in Nigeria. Tobi got married before relocating with her husband to the United Kingdom. Very different to her role as an accountant Tobi began her first job in the Care sector. She discovered she had a new passion for care and support and this has laid the foundations for future career as a nurse.
Tobi relocated to the United Kingdom in August 2018, she started working as a care assistant for a nursing agency before joining one of the nursing homes in Sheffield in a permanent role. During this time Tobi has learned various skills relating to health care. Prior to joining STEPS on a permanent basis in April 2020, Tobi had been working in STEPS through a nursing agency.
When not at work, Tobi loves to watch films, cook, dance, and travel with her husband. Tobi loves to smile and loves to accomplish all tasks assigned to her.
