Ryan joined the STEPS Rehabilitation team in April 2025, bringing with them a deep commitment to compassionate, person-centred care. They studied Adult Nursing at the University of Chester, graduating in 2024, and are enthusiastic about applying their skills and empathy to support clients on their rehabilitation journeys.

Throughout their training, Ryan’s kindness and patience have often been met with warm smiles and strong rapport — something they find incredibly rewarding. They value the trust that can grow from small moments and meaningful interactions, and they’re excited to bring that same energy to their work at STEPS.

Outside of their professional role, Ryan finds joy in singing with a local choir and is currently learning to play the flute. They also have a keen interest in history and the natural world, often spending their free time exploring museums and nature trails.
