Ryan joined the STEPS Rehabilitation team in April 2025, bringing with him a deep commitment to compassionate, person-centred care. He studied Adult Nursing at the University of Chester, graduating in 2024, and is enthusiastic about applying his skills and empathy to support clients on their rehabilitation journeys.

Throughout his training, Ryan's kindness and patience have often been met with warm smiles and strong rapport - something he finds incredibly rewarding. He values the trust that can grow from small moments and meaningful interactions, and he's excited to bring that same energy to his work at STEPS.

Outside of his professional role, Ryan finds joy in singing with a local choir and is currently learning to play the flute. He also has a keen interest in history and the natural world, often spending his free time exploring museums and nature trails.
