Tecla joined the STEPS team in April 2024. Before joining STEPS, she worked in a dementia care home. Whilst working, Tecla is currently in college studying Nursing and Midwifery.
Outside of work and college, Tecla enjoys watching unsolved crime documentaries and movies. Her dream is to become Miss World and spread awareness about mental health in her country.
