The Great British Entrepreneur Awards have been celebrating the stories of exceptional entrepreneurs for over a decade and pride themselves on celebrating incredible stories of passion, tenacity, courage, innovation, and disruption from entrepreneurs running businesses of all sizes and at all stages.
The ‘Family Business Entrepreneur of the Year’ award celebrates the individuals within the same family who work together to build and operate a business, combing shared values, heritage, and expertise to create a strong foundation.
STEPS Rehabilitation is a pioneering, purpose built residential facility, which opened in May 2017 to provide residential neuro and polytrauma rehabilitation, typically arising from serious injuries or neurological conditions such as stroke. Founded by sisters Jules Shiel-Boulger and Toria Chan, in partnership with their father, Ray Boulger, STEPS Rehabilitation was launched from a shared vision to revolutionise residential neuro rehabilitation care.
Since opening, STEPS has helped over 300 individuals rebuild their lives and has evolved from a start-up business, to one that is recognised nationally and internationally as a centre of excellence for rehabilitation.
