The Catastrophic Clinical Case Manager of the Year award, which honours professionals who excel in addressing physical, emotional, psychological, social/spiritual, and economic aspects of recovery, was presented by Founder and Clinical Director, Toria Chan to Rachael Chadwick of HCML who has extensive experience in orthopaedics, spinal injuries, respiratory and surgical patients, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

This year’s event featured a keynote address by Martin Perry, table tennis player for Great Britain (GB Para TT), who shared his inspiring journey of overcoming adversity with remarkable resilience and determination.
