STEPS Founders Shortlisted at the everywoman Entrepreneur Awards. 

STEPS Rehabilitation is delighted to announce that founders, Jules Shiel-Boulger and Toria Chan, have been shortlisted for the Next Level Award at the Tide everywoman Entrepreneur Awards in association with BGF – the UK’s leading awards programme celebrating the achievements of women in business.

Now in its 23rd year, the everywoman Awards continue to build on a remarkable legacy of recognising and championing the impact of entrepreneurial women across British enterprise. The programme shines a spotlight on founders who are breaking new ground, driving innovation, and making a lasting difference within their industries.

STEPS Rehabilitation

Since opening its doors in 2017, STEPS Rehabilitation has redefined what’s possible by delivering specialist, bespoke rehabilitation programmes following life-changing injuries. Founded by sisters Jules and Toria, and their father, Ray Boulger, the Sheffield-based facility delivers a fully integrated, residential rehabilitation service that combines expert medical care, specialist nursing, a wide range of therapies and cutting-edge technology all under one roof.

Through Toria's and Jules' visionary leadership, STEPS has become a nationally and internationally recognised centre of excellence, supporting more than 400 clients to rebuild their lives after catastrophic injuries. Their forward-thinking approach has positioned STEPS at the forefront of technological innovation in residential rehabilitation. The creation of the RehabHub in 2021 marked a major milestone, introducing clients to world-leading robotic, virtual reality (VR), and digital neurotherapies through collaborations with global partners such as MindMaze, Fourier Intelligence, and Strolll.

This pioneering use of technology has transformed recovery outcomes for clients, offering evidence-based therapies that accelerate and enhance rehabilitation.

Being shortlisted for the Tech Innovator Award is a testament to Jules and Toria’s outstanding contribution to the advancement of rehabilitation technology. The Tide everywoman Entrepreneur Awards ceremony will take place on 2^nd December 2025 at The Londoner, Leicester Square, celebrating the exceptional women transforming British business.
