Meg joined the STEPS team in February 2026. She moved to Sheffield in 2025 from her hometown of Cleethorpes. Meg previously studied a Diploma in Professional Cookery at Grimsby College before securing a full-time role as a Baker at her local butcher’s shop, where she developed her skills in crafting pies and pastries.
Since relocating, Meg has undertaken a Foundation Degree in Bakery and Patisserie Science at The Sheffield College, further strengthening her technical knowledge and passion for baking.
In her spare time, Meg enjoys all aspects of baking and cooking, as well as making the most of Sheffield’s close proximity to the Peak District by going on walks with her partner.
