Connor joined STEPS in December 2025 as an agency team member and became a permanent member of the team in March 2026, taking on the role of Facilities Assistant.
He began his career in the construction industry, completing a full-time course in Bricklaying and achieving his Level 2 Diploma. He later expanded his skill set by moving into the plumbing and heating trade through an apprenticeship, where he completed his Level 3 Diploma. Much of Connor’s hands-on experience has been gained within the renewables sector, particularly installing modern heat pump systems, giving him a strong understanding of energy-efficient technologies and practical maintenance solutions.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys watching Formula 1, following football, and travelling whenever he gets the opportunity.
